Refunds Policy

- Return unopened products: Arrange a collection with a return fee or visit our Sydney warehouse for an exchange. Products must be in resalable condition.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items:

- Notify us for review within an hour of delivery.

- Arrange collection for a full refund or exchange.
- Return the faulty product to us for a refund with redelivery costs covered.
- Receive an exchange with additional freebies for inconvenience.

5. Replacements and Refunds Timeframe:
- Allow 24-48 hours for case opening on replacements or refunds for received items.
