Refunds Policy

  • Cancel an order before delivery: Contact us for a confirmed cancellation and refund. The funds may not be refunded if the driver is en route for 10 min.

2. Returns for Received Products:

  • Return unopened products: Arrange a collection with a return fee or visit our Sydney warehouse for an exchange. Products must be in resalable condition.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items:

  • Reporting issues:
    • Notify us for review within an hour of delivery.
    • Options may include:
      • Arrange collection for a full refund or exchange.
      • Return the faulty product to us for a refund with redelivery costs covered.
      • Receive an exchange with additional freebies for inconvenience.

4. Wrong Items Received:

  • Contact us for a refund or exchange using the above options.

5. Replacements and Refunds Timeframe:

  • Allow 24-48 hours for case opening on replacements or refunds for received items.
